By accessing or using kwsushiholders.com (the "Site") and purchasing any product from Sushi Taco Holders ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Products & Availability
All holders are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct pricing errors at any time. Photos are representative; solid wood is a natural material and grain, tone, and finish may vary slightly piece to piece.
3. Orders, Payment & Pricing
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline at our discretion. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. Payment is processed at checkout via our payment processors; we do not store full card details on our servers.
4. Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Free shipping applies to orders over $150; a flat $5.95 shipping fee applies otherwise. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns & Refunds

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sushi Taco Holders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
